Q: Can I order fabric samples before buying? Yes! We offer free fabric swatches so you can see and feel the material before making your choice. Just click “Order Free Swatch” on any product page and select the fabrics you’d like.

Q: How do I place an order? Simply choose your sofa, select your preferred size and fabric, and click “Add to Cart.” Our checkout is secure and easy to complete.

Delivery & Assembly

Q: How long will delivery take? Most orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks. We’ll confirm your delivery date once your order is placed and keep you updated.

Q: Do you deliver to all of the UK? Yes, we deliver across mainland UK. For remote areas or islands, contact us for a delivery quote.

Q: Will my sofa be assembled on arrival? Yes. All orders include free delivery and professional assembly in your home. We’ll also remove all packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your sofa within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (terms apply). Simply contact our customer service team to arrange a collection.

Q: Do I pay for return shipping? No — returns within our policy are collected free of charge.

Q: Do your sofas come with a warranty? Yes. All Elite Sofas products include a 5-year warranty against manufacturing faults for your peace of mind.
